Brainwave Entrainment

May was a very interesting month. I continued with my exploration of how to "fix" my own emotional & physical problems. Discovering that Beethoven's Symphony 7 Movement 2, the first 3 minutes, are to quiet your mind and tell you what your physical ailments are. That was actually put on a 30 minute play loop and I slept with it all night. My issue was revealed to me, through my own research, and I have felt better than I have in 15 years. Walking up 5 flights up steps energized was an amazing feeling on Saturday. I did around 40 squats that day and went out for a LONG walk through the city of Los Angeles. It is amazing what you can do with the power of your own mind when you let OTHER PEOPLE's belief system go.

June is the beginning of reprogramming my mind through brainwave entrainment. Discovering that even if we say "YES! I am successful!" while awake & conscious is not going to work unless I reprogram my "vibrations."  YUP! The word you continually hear about, the one that was written about i Think and Grow Rich by N. Hill but back in 193-ish when it was published they made him change the wording or it would not be published.

In April I broke both of my eardrums and the Dr wanted to do a skin graph and surgery to give me new ones. All I did was download Selfaggio's frequencies on my portable music player and wear it as much as possible. I played it on the boombox while in the shower, slept with it playing etc.  It took about a month and a half, no pain at all, and they're back :) The human body has the ability to "cure" or "heal" itself of 98% of the ailments we have; I was taught that by an Internal Medicine Dr I onced worked for. He was like a thousand so he knows his stuff.

June is going to be one heck of a month!

“white privilege”...wait. What?

I have been hearing that people are going around saying that some of us Caucasians should use our “white privilege” for good things like helping to stop racism or prejudice. What I want to know is, what exactly IS white privilege AND where do I get some of that for myself?

If this is some magical, mystical elitist group to belong to then why the hell am I not a party to this? If being a Caucasian person, especially with fair features, gets a person life on easy street then…er..uuuhh…easy street? Isn't that down between skid row & the fifth ring of hell?

People lately seem to be under this misconception that poverty is prejudice and only attacks “minorities.” My newsflash would be we are all in the same boat. I am your neighbor, you stood in front of me at the $.99 store buying produce just like I did, you and I bumped into each other on the subway.

Hopefully soon enough when you ride the subway or walk miles home that you will start to look around at those who pass you by or sit next to you on the bus. They are just as tired, lonely, hungry, soul searching for happiness…just.like.me.

Today I did wonder if there was a reason I have ended up traveling down my current path. Maybe I am here so that others become aware that poverty has no boundaries, that Government will attack ALL of its citizens and drive them into destitution. My mouth tends to get extremely political at times and I am surprised to see how many walk around who know nothing about what is going on in Congress let alone just in our own state, plus they are not registered.

We cannot make a difference unless we all stand together on ALL humanitarian issues. We cannot pick and choose what we think is right or wrong. FREEDOM is right. Freedom to think how we want, live how we want. We are not meant to be enslaved into nonexistence. If having White Privilege gets a voice for the people then I guess I can take that role. First task is to get everyone unregistered as a Republican or Democratic…same party, same agenda.

Mob Mentality is'a Brewin'

Lately I have been paying pretty close attention to how people speak in their everyday lives. When they respond to a person who may not agree with their own opinion it appears as if they verbally attack that person up one side and down the other. If you meander around the internet and read articles then scroll down to comments, or maybe pay attention to the social media comments you make on your own and how people will respond to it. What scares me the most out of this is the mob mentality that starts to ensue after one single person has a difference of opinion, every other person will in turn attack you verbally to feel like they belong to something.

We old school people call that "playing Devils Advocate," where you may not agree with the different opinion you are giving but it needs to be said to spark debating. Without being able to debate differences we fail to evolve, our job is to evolve and we have not done that in the last 40 or 50 years. We had technology a long time ago but our Government, out of FEAR, kept it from us and now we have fallen behind in the evolutionary process.

When, as people, did we become so afraid to disagree with another or to feel free enough to speak our own mind and act like ourselves? If you are the quirky, oddball in your group of friends start paying close attention to your "friends" reaction to what you do or say. If they are making excuse, apologizing for you or you catch a few funny faces...it's time to GET OUT of that group and find people who truly are accepting of you. No one is "normal" in any sense of the word but people being so desperate to fit in will keep going along with the masses even though they are miserable humans. To those beings I say, don't bring that scheisse over here!

It is only a small step from ganging up on someone online and being in the prime opportunity to follow along with a mob mentality and force someone with violence to agree with you before they end up seriously injured or dead. Is this really where minds have gone?  This reminds me of seeing those that claim to be religious who use violence as an excuse to FORCE another to believe in their own religious, or political, agenda. God did not put humans here to beat each other into submission. Let us not forget that when you point your finger at one person three accusatory fingers point back at our ‘self.’

"... I am that, I am…"

Maybe instead we need to look internally at why we feel it is okay to be miserable and oppressive to others. Could part of this reason be that we are entering a new way of life where the younger generations are teaching the older generations that being different and treated badly because of it is NOT okay? Can we all collectively agree that we have all been oppressed in one form or another, no one greater or smaller, from those in power and that we are sick of it? Can we all get together into a group and change our negative patterns into those of a positive nature?

Maybe the saying, “Every cloud has a Silver Lining “should be brought back into every conversation we have. Help those around you see the positive message or potential for one so maybe we can get people to stop living in their misery…because that makes others miserable.

The Kid In You

The last few days I spent in San Diego. I was fortunate enough to have a friend purchase a round trip ticket so I could visit.

God truly has blessed me with great friends. I was fortunate enough to go visit a friend for the last few days in San Diego. I had really been missing my home town since moving away about eight months ago. Aside from the city looking and feeling differently compared to where I have been living I noticed something about people. Along my journey, I had left Tuesday early morning to do my usual routine of walking to the subway or bus and hitching a ride, to the Greyhound.

Recently I have been watching documentaries like The Power Of Now and trying to not live inside my head and think all the time. I had decided I would do that on this journey to not think "what if they try to search me?" type of thoughts. Which is what most of us seem to do when we are going on a trip, we constantly think of all the negative things that could or might potentially happen that we do not live in the moment of happiness that we are going somewhere.

I digress back to my journey. I just watched everything around me, the people, cars, trees, animals. I lived in the moment and not judging or contemplating. One very true fact that most probably does not notice is that the majority are living in their misery constantly. All I felt was sadness and despair coming off of people. What a horrible existence we are living right now.

I had my headphones on and was dancing around to music and notice how people pointed at me and either smiled like they were happy another human being was happy OR they pointed and had their face turned up like I was a crazy person. Since when did becoming, being, acting, talking happy get such a bad rap?  That is probably why so many Youtube videos that have people acting silly are so popular. Somewhere along the last twenty years we started thinking that it was not okay to laugh in public, like you couldn't be one of the "cool kids" if you cracked a smile.

Confession! I am really tired of not being the Kristina I was born to be. I am goofy and a klutz, a little funny. I hate shoes and rules and malls & rudeness...oh and also greed & gluttony.

We should all just be who we want to be and stop being so fearful of what others think. The right friends will come to you based on your personality.

Message In A Bible?

The last few days have been interesting ones. I have been looking through so many different types of religions wondering which one is right. Which one has the answer I am looking for? I believe I have found the answer, ALL of them.

Every religion is about love. Isn't that amazing? We have all been taught the same lesson by different teachers, probably because we all learn differently, and all we do is fight with each other over whose religion is correct. It seems this “religious war” we have been fighting for centuries over has forgotten what its own message was about. LOVE.

How can anyone really say they are godly, god-like, a Christian, a Muslim etc. if all they do is live and judge through hate? God does not teach any of us to hate. I never went to church much growing up but I do remember something about “Love they neighbor.”

Think about when you were a little kid and you tattled on someone, when you pointed were you not told, “Be careful when you point your finger because 3 are always pointing back at you.” I think we should stop blaming others for what is wrong and start focusing on ourselves.

We have become a world of headline readers & snap judgments makers. Where did the love go? Can somebody call the hippie generation back because we need some love up in here!

Just start small, smile on purpose ALL the time. That is how happiness begins. Practice for one week.

Truth Upon Arrival.
